Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Victoria Goenka
Victoria works full-time as a prescribing clinician. She is trained to Masters level and is able to tackle virtually all things that a GP can address plus more. If you require a Fit Note, she may rebook you as a telephone consultation with a GP after you have seen or spoken to her.
Clinical Pharmacist – Craig Wilson
Our Clinical Pharmacist Craig will be joining the team on 19th May 2021 and will be working with us full time. Craig can handle clinical queries relating to chronic diseases, with a focus on medication queries and prescriptions. If you feel you have a query simply relating to your prescription or medication supply, please consider arranging to speak with Craig in the first instance.

Practice Manager – Joe-Anne Moore
The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day general management and smooth running of the practice. Joe-Anne ensures that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, patient safety, premises, equipment and information technology.
Joe-Anne is supported by Kelsey, Deputy Practice Manager alongside Sarah and Lesley, our Team Leaders. We have a team of experienced administration staff. If you have any queries or suggestions about the practice administration, or if you should have any cause to complain about the service provided, Joe-Anne or Kelsey would be happy to speak to you.
Administration and Reception Staff
Our receptionists, secretaries and admin staff will be able to help with queries or problems. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescription and dealing with prescription enquiries. Anything that is discussed with the receptionists or any other member of the team is treated in strict confidence. You have a right to be treated courteously and our staff also have the right to be treated courteously by you. We can offer privacy if your enquiry is sensitive.
